As part of an evolving team in a leading life insurance company, you will manage a comprehensive caseload, making critical decisions based on medical documentation. Your responsibilities will include developing return-to-work plans and collaborating with rehabilitation teams to ensure effective claim resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze contract provisions and medical documentation thoroughly
• Manage interactions with all involved agents for prompt resolutions
• Implement interventions to reduce disability duration
• Maintain accurate records and process payments in the system
• Recommend service improvements for enhanced productivity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Kinesiology, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in disability claims management
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure with effective prioritization
