Position: Group Benefits Technical Consultant Role

As a key member of the Benefits and HR consulting team, you will provide technical insight to support various mid-to-large size companies. Your five years of experience in underwriting will enable you to review and recommend optimal benefit plan designs while ensuring financial statements and funding arrangements are accurately evaluated. Thrive in a role that combines analytical skills with effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain close relationships with clients and underwriters

• Review and analyze group renewal assessments

• Prepare detailed projections of plan designs

• Market new products to improve client benefit investments

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for presentations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant technical and underwriting experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Knowledge of funding philosophies and underwriting practices
