The successful candidate will report to the VP of Eastern Canada, bringing at least a year of adjusting experience to the team. Responsibilities include investigating claims, communicating findings, and negotiating coverage settlements. Candidates should hold or be working toward their Insurance Adjuster Level 1 or 2 License and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate claims and create scopes of repair

• Review policy wording and assess coverage

• Document findings in detailed investigative reports

• Authorize or deny claims based on investigations

• Ensure claims processing meets statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year in property claims adjusting

• Insurance Adjuster Level 1 or 2 License or meet eligibility

• Actively pursuing or completed CIP Designation

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and claims management systems

• Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
