• Communicate performance stories to internal and external stakeholders

• Monitor workforce plans and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of relevant claims or data experience

• Proficient in MS tools:
PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI

• Strong analytical and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Post-secondary education preferred, CIP working towards is a plus
