Key Responsibilities:

• Support HUB clients through the claims process

• Advise internal teams on claims handling

• Analyze trends to improve loss control procedures

• Maintain accurate claims files in Epic

• Provide consulting and updates to clients

Requirements:

• 7 years in claims with a broker or insurance carrier

• RIBO License required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
