Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive client service for personal lines accounts

• Manage portfolio renewals and process endorsements accurately

• Evaluate client needs for tailored insurance recommendations

• Guide clients confidently through the claims process

• Prepare insurance applications and accurate policy documents

Requirements:

• Active RIBO license in good standing

• 3+ years in a Personal Lines brokerage environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

• Experience with EPIC and various broker portals preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
