This pivotal role involves overseeing pricing strategy for Group Life, Group Health, and Travel Insurance, reporting directly to the SVP. You will partner with product, finance, and underwriting teams to drive competitive pricing and business growth. The position includes management of a direct report and participation in executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop pricing models and account support
• Lead profitability and pricing reviews
• Analyze claims trends and pricing effectiveness
• Contribute to annual pricing studies
• Maintain price monitoring and reporting systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related
• FCIA/ACIA designation preferred
• Minimum 15 years of pricing experience
• Expertise in Qliksense and actuarial tools
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
