Underwriting Analyst Opportunity

As part of the Underwriting team, you will analyze large datasets and enhance tools critical for pricing and quoting.

Your role involves collaborating with multiple partners while developing insights that support both underwriting outcomes and business growth. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting processes through data management and analysis solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data to identify opportunities

• Develop reporting tools and dashboards using Excel

• Gather data from internal and external partners

• Prepare analysis packages for renewal negotiations

• Provide consulting services on underwriting matters

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant discipline

• 3–5 years of underwriting or analytical experience

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power Query

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of group benefits and underwriting principles
