• Oversee preparation of quotes and renewals

• Ensure alignment between financial agreements and business objectives

• Engage in renewal presentations with clients

• Guide junior underwriters through mentorship

• Collaborate on improving underwriting tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3 to 5 years of underwriting experience

• Exceptional analytical and leadership capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Advanced level of French is a plus
