Senior Casualty Broker

As part of Marsh's esteemed Casualty Placement team, you will manage complex insurance portfolios and develop effective placement strategies. This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office and offers the chance to work alongside industry leaders, gaining access to world-class resources and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative strategies for client retention and new business production
• Foster strong relationships with carriers for tailored client solutions
• Audit commission structures to align with client agreements
• Monitor insurance market developments to inform stakeholders
• Create new products addressing unique client requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance (Broker or Insurer)
• Deep casualty risk management knowledge
• Level 2 Broker License preferred
• Experience with international accounts is an asset
• Strong technical knowledge of casualty concepts
