Position: Claims Examiner with DWF Claims
Become a Claims Examiner at DWF Claims Canada, where you’ll manage General Liability and Professional Liability claims with a focus on quality customer service in a hybrid work model.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for examining and settling claims while ensuring compliance with internal policies and client expectations. You’ll collaborate with international team members and actively assist in mentoring junior staff. Your strong assessment abilities and client management skills are key to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess insurance claims for validity

• Lead management of client legal expense accounts

• Set reserves and document claims thoroughly

• Provide exceptional customer service for claim adjustments

• Implement litigation management strategies on claims

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field

• Over 3 years of experience in insurance claims

• Completion of or pursuing a CIP designation required

• Pursuing Ontario Insurance Adjusters License preferred

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
