Toronto Bilingual Claims Care Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Review claims for benefit determination and compliance

• Maintain active caseload adhering to client service standards

• Document claim information accurately and thoroughly

• Communicate empathically with clients and other parties

• Conduct thorough interviews for claims information

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1 year in related claims processing

• Proficient in both English and French

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and case management
