Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers

• Run internal quotes and prepare proposal documentation

• Analyze multiple carrier proposals for client recommendations

• Identify and recommend solutions for claims issues

• Coordinate closely with internal teams for implementation
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 2-4 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Computer proficiency, especially in Excel

• Knowledge of the benefits and insurance industry preferred
