Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Commercial Account Manager with a strong background in commercial insurance. This role requires at least 2-3 years of experience in managing accounts and excellent technical skills, including MS Office and Applied EPIC. You'll collaborate with seasoned brokers and support senior team members in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Assist in managing diverse commercial insurance accounts
• Prepare certificates of insurance and statements of values
• Collaborate on multi-jurisdictional and multinational placements
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
• RIBO License required, CAIB designation is a bonus
• Minimum 2-3 years in commercial insurance servicing
• Proficient with MS Office and insurance products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
