Mercor seeks seasoned insurance professionals with extensive experience in Fortune 500 environments. This senior role requires contributions to design scenarios, establish reference outputs, and compose evaluation rubrics. You will deal with complex underwriting, regulatory challenges, and claims scale, shaping AI systems to meet industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct scenarios for complex commercial underwriting
• Build tasks around F500 underwriting and claims management
• Develop operations scenarios using Guidewire and SAS
• Apply enterprise methodologies and produce underwriting guidelines
• Author rubrics that capture authentic insurance judgment
Requirements:
• 5+ years in underwriting, claims, or risk management
• Experience with F500-scale underwriting portfolios
• Fluency in insurance tooling and methodologies
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and reserving
• Prior authorship of training curriculum is a plus
