This senior position involves underwriting and managing both new and renewal business within the Sports, Entertainment & Contingency segments at HDI Global SE Canada. You will assess risks, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and enhance HDI's market presence in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite new and renewal business profitably
• Evaluate risks and negotiate terms effectively
• Develop and maintain strong broker relationships
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for growth
• Support the strengthening of HDI Global's market presence
Requirements:
• 7+ years of insurance underwriting experience
• Undergraduate degree; CIP/CRM designations preferred
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
