Key Responsibilities:
• Identify business development opportunities with brokers
• Conduct business development meetings regularly
• Introduce new products with presentations
• Maintain regional broker list and update systems
• Underwrite and negotiate complex account renewals
Requirements:
• Post-graduate degree or certification required
• Minimum 5 years in commercial property and casualty underwriting
• Sales and marketing experience essential
• Knowledge of insurance legislation and trends
