In this pivotal role, you will report to the VP of Programs, analyzing and underwriting both new and renewal businesses. You’ll leverage The Zurich Way of Underwriting Framework to manage a portfolio of complex assignments while providing top service to clients. Your expertise in underwriting commercial multi-line business and developing robust business cases will propel you to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new Program and MGA opportunities

• Manage assigned Programs for profitable growth

• Serve as primary relationship manager for stakeholders

• Lead underwriting evaluations for new opportunities

• Negotiate terms and conditions for business contracts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with 5+ years underwriting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Experience in managing broker relationships

• Knowledge of delegated authority arrangements
