Property Claims Representative II - Hybrid

As part of the Prop Claims - Field & ME department, you will leverage three to five years of field property claims experience to address client needs effectively. This role involves investigating and negotiating property, farm, and commercial claims, emphasizing innovative, client-focused solutions. Additionally, you will coach team members to ensure a high-quality claims service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex property claims independently

• Evaluate damage and prepare loss estimates on-site

• Collaborate with vendors and officials for settlements

• Coach and support the claims team in technical aspects

• Provide exceptional client service to elevate engagement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in field property claims

• Post-secondary degree or diploma required

• Working towards Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP)

• Provincial adjuster license attainment

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
