Hybrid Claims Rep II at CGIC

This full-time position in the Prop Claims department requires three to five years of field property claims experience. You'll be responsible for evaluating property damage, ensuring fair settlements, and coaching team members to enhance our service quality. Your contributions will help maintain CGIC's commitment to client satisfaction and industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations on complex claims

• Prepare damage estimates and inspect loss scenes

• Facilitate settlements with vendors and government officials

• Mentor and train the claims team on effective practices

• Deliver high-quality service standards to clients

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in field property claims experience

• Post-secondary education required

• CIP designation or progress towards it

• Attain provincial adjuster licenses as needed

• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
