Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite and analyze commercial property risks
• Build and sustain broker and client relationships
• Provide pricing analysis and risk assessments
• Mentor junior underwriters on best practices
• Conduct site inspections and develop risk mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in relevant fields
• At least 5 years of commercial property underwriting experience
• CIP designation is required; FCIP or CRM preferred
• Proven negotiation and analytical skills
• Bilingual skills in English and French are advantageous
