Reporting to the AVP of Benefits & Insurance, you’ll play a critical role in shaping product strategy and enhancements by leveraging over seven years of industry experience. This position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure that Canada Life's offerings remain competitive and easy to navigate for clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as subject matter expert for Portable Benefits and Health products
• Develop and refine product strategies and roadmaps
• Analyze and monitor product performance and client feedback
• Identify market and regulatory opportunities and risks
• Partner with teams for knowledge transfer and support
Requirements:
• 7+ years in product management or similar roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian health and insurance products
• Expertise in managing product strategies and roadmaps
• Proven track record influencing cross-departmental initiatives
• Previous work with Individual Health & Dental products is advantageous
