Become a key player in BMO Insurance's Reinsurance Operations as a Senior Reinsurance Analyst, focusing on data accuracy and process enhancements. Apply your analytical skills in a dynamic team environment.
As a Senior Reinsurance Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy of reinsurance transactions in the T.A.I system while supporting compliance with treaty terms.
Your role will also involve mentoring junior members and analyzing reinsurance data using Excel and SQL. Effective communication with reinsurers and internal teams will be vital in resolving inquiries and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and validate reinsurance transactions for compliance
• Assist in the completion of reporting processes
• Develop strong partnerships across teams for effective communication
• Identify and implement data quality improvements
• Lead initiatives for process documentation and training
Requirements:
• University degree in Business or Finance
• Minimum 3 years in T.A.I system handling
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient using MS Office, specifically Access
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of reinsurance
