Key Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive support to Eckler’s consultants nationwide

• Manage complex actuarial projects efficiently

• Coach and provide guidance to junior team members

• Communicate with various insurance providers

• Deliver insights and present key findings in meetings

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in consulting or insurance

• ASA/ACIA designation or in progress toward FSA/FCIA

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Deep understanding of group benefits actuarial principles
