• Design evaluation rubrics for authentic judgment analysis
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in underwriting or actuarial roles
• Proven track record with F500 insurance portfolios
• Mastery of compliance standards and reinsurance practices
• History of creating relevant training materials is a plus
• Strong fluency in insurance methodologies and tools
