Munich Re is seeking an experienced Account Manager with at least 3+ years in insurance claims, particularly in Individual or Group Disability claims. Your expertise will drive effective client communication, showcasing analytical skills and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards. You will proactively enhance claim practices and contribute to strategic internal projects while supporting clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expertly adjudicate individual claims within quality standards
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
• Monitor and analyze client claim results accurately
• Develop training to improve claim efficiencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in insurance claims experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Proven ability to build client rapport
• University degree with insurance designations preferred
