Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign mortality and morbidity risk programs

• Develop performance management processes for compliance

• Assess underwriting implications and recommend actions

• Provide expert resources for complex underwriting cases

• Review and challenge policies for compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of individual Life Underwriting experience

• Life approval authority of $10,000,000

• Familiarity with AI and risk assessment tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Bilingualism required for Quebec location only
