Reporting to the Manager of Innovation & Special Projects, this position is ideal for experienced actuarial professionals with over six years in P&C insurance. You'll leverage actuarial techniques, predictive analytics, and your strong analytical skills to drive key business decisions. The role requires collaboration across various business functions to align goals and enhance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic analytics initiatives on risk segmentation and pricing
• Solve complex business issues with advanced statistical methods
• Develop frameworks for informed decision making
• Partner with teams across Pricing, Product, and Data Science
• Present findings to senior leaders, translating analytics into actions
Requirements:
• University degree in Actuarial Science or related field
• ACAS designation preferred; FCAS is an asset
• 6+ years of P&C actuarial experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL
• Proven ability to influence decision-making
