In this pivotal role, you will assist in the daily management of client accounts while collaborating with Client Executives and Brokers. Your responsibilities include coordinating communications, facilitating renewal discussions, and ensuring high service delivery standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key client relationships as primary contact
• Participate in client meetings and strategic planning
• Assist in identifying client risk management objectives
• Support account strategy development and execution
• Coordinate communications and prepare necessary materials
Requirements:
• Level II Insurance License required
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in insurance management software, like EPIC
• CIP, CAIB, CRM, or equivalent designation is an asset
