What you’ll be doing

• Assist in the creation of summaries and recommendations for new national strategic placement opportunities, used to brief in head office underwriting and pricing teams for full review
• Document standard operating procedures for new and existing accounts
• Build presentation skills, preparing business updates on National Strategic Placements operations
• Foster relationships across the enterprise and work cross functionally with teams, including: corporate underwriting, pricing, regional mid-market, small business, specialty, sales & distribution, claims, finance, legal, marketing, and personal insurance
• Establish cooperative broker partnerships to identify future opportunities

What you bring

• Excellent ability to multi-task and monitor progress to meet deadlines
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and under pressure
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information, analyze and solve through complexities
• Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Policy Administration Systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
