As an experienced insurance leader, you will drive national expansion of the Private Client Insurance Practice. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, managing financial performance, and fostering relationships with High-Net-Worth clients and insurance carriers. Collaborate closely with Commercial Producers and Client Executives to identify key growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop national strategic plan for Private Client Insurance Practice

• Drive client acquisition and retention strategies for profitability

• Manage financial performance, including budgeting and revenue forecasting

• Establish relationships with High-Net-Worth insurance carriers

• Lead client meetings and presentations to identify opportunities

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Personal Insurance

• RIBO licensed or relevant industry designation

• Proven business development and relationship management skills

• Experience with Applied EPIC BMS is an asset

• Strong coaching and talent development capabilities
