Principal Consultant II at FundGuard

Join Fund Guard in Toronto as a Principal Consultant II, focusing on customer success within our investment accounting platform landscape. This full-time position involves leading client implementations and ensuring project success.

You will work closely with clients, managing their onboarding and providing ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

Your role will be essential in educating customers and resolving any technical issues, all while maintaining a focus on their satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the complete implementation lifecycle for clients

• Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions

• Document product improvements based on client feedback

• Act as a technical resource for client issues

• Partner with product teams to address issues and enhancements

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Investment Management or equivalent

• Strong fund accounting and technical consulting background

• Proven ability to work with clients

• Knowledge of enterprise accounting software

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
