Position: Bilingual Communications Coordinator at Elections Ontario
Elevate communication efforts at Elections Ontario as a Bilingual Marketing Communications Coordinator, dedicated to translation and marketing strategies. This permanent role requires in-office presence five days a week.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage communications projects tailored for bilingual audiences. Your expertise in French language will guide the translation process and ensure compliance with governmental regulations. Engage in creative content development, project management, and the utilization of AI tools for translations and market outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee French translation projects and compliance checks

• Manage AI translation tools for accuracy and editing

• Research terminology to maintain government glossaries

• Support project tracking and deliverables within budget

• Write and distribute marketing communication materials

Requirements:

• Advanced English language skills; intermediate French required

• Degree in communications or marketing worth an asset

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in corporate communications

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies

• Excellent editing skills and experience with design software
