Become a key player as a Bilingual New Accounts Administrator lize your bilingual skills to enhance client account management in a reputable firm within the financial services sector.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Account Opening and Specialized Accounts, you will be tasked with managing the end-to-end processing of new accounts while ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations and service standards.
Your role will significantly impact the client experience as you effectively communicate and manage account data using relevant systems like OSM and Laserfiche.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process new accounts accurately and efficiently
• Administer support for fee-based services and account management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Keep all client data updated and in good order
• Engage in cross-training efforts to promote staff development
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years experience in administrative capacities, finance preferred
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course advantageous
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English and French
