To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of a Funds Lawyer , who has solid experience in investment funds and a deep understanding of Canadian securities regulations.

As a Caravel Immigration Lawyer, You will:
Draft, review, and advise on offering documents, fund agreements, and disclosure materials across various fund structures (e.g., mutual funds, pooled funds, limited partnerships).

Provide legal support on fund registration, governance, and regulatory filings.

Advise on compliance matters affecting fund managers, portfolio managers, and exempt market dealers.

Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the Canadian investment funds space and assess their impact on products and operations.

What would YOU Bring: 8+ years of experience in investment funds, asset management, or securities law, ideally from an in-house legal team.

Familiarity with the Canadian securities regulatory environment and fund-related instruments.

Actively licensed and in good standing as a lawyer in a Canadian province.
