Toronto, ON is actively looking for a
Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to join their team.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Law Clerk to provide comprehensive support to legal counsel on complex litigation matters. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:Support lawyers throughout all stages of commercial litigation matters.Prepare, review, and manage litigation-related documents including court materials, correspondence, and supporting records.Compile and coordinate materials for motions, hearings, and trial preparation.Assist with discovery processes, including document review, productions, and follow-up on undertakings.Liaise professionally with clients, external parties, experts, and court personnel.Maintain organized and up-to-date files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.Monitor timelines and procedural requirements across multiple active files.Qualifications &
Experience:
Diploma from an accredited Ontario Law Clerk program; ILCO certification required.Minimum of years' experience supporting commercial litigation files.Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative legal team.If you meet the above qualifications, please
