This full-time contract role invites you to support high-profile investigations in a fast-paced legal setting. As a seasoned Law Clerk, you will manage complex documentation and evidence while working closely with litigation counsel and investigative teams. Your legal skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review evidence and conduct legal research for investigations
• Prepare and manage court and tribunal documents
• Organize and manage electronic disclosure using eDiscovery tools
• Provide support during hearings and trials
• Liaise with stakeholders including court officials and witnesses
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Law Clerk in litigation or regulatory settings
• Completion of a two-year Law Clerk program or eligibility for ILCO
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery software and compliance
• Familiarity with Ontario Securities Act and related legislation
• Exceptional drafting and organizational skills with deadline management
