Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file complex corporate documentation and amendments

• Manage closing documents and support post-closing duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as a Corporate Law Clerk

• Certification from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario

• Strong knowledge of corporate statutes and procedures

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Corp Link

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
