The Legal Counsel will independently manage a broad portfolio of commercial matters, including physician services agreements, supplier and service agreements, technology agreements, equipment arrangements, real property leases, and other operating agreements. • Review and negotiate real property leases, amendments, renewals, and related agreements.
  • Provide practical legal advice to TFP leaders on contractual rights and obligations, commercial arrangements and other day-to-day business matters.
