Key Responsibilities:
• Develop legal strategies for investigations and trials
• Conduct questionings and manage mediations
• Draft pleadings and legal documents as required
• Research applicable laws relevant to cases
• Communicate with clients and internal teams effectively
Requirements:
• Law degree (LLB) and bar admission in Ontario
• 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong knowledge of legal documents and procedures
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Motivated self-starter with a professional demeanor
