Requirements:
• J.D./LL.B. and active bar membership in Canada
• 3+ years in Capital Markets and Public M&A law
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with AI and LLM tools in legal workflows
