In this critical position, you will leverage your expertise in contract law to draft, review, and negotiate terms for software licensing and other agreements. You will provide transactional support and day-to-day legal advice to management, ensuring that all contracts adhere to regulatory practices while mitigating risk. Your contributions will support YuJa's mission to enable organizations to thrive in regulated sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee contract preparation and execution processes
• Negotiate commercial terms with finance and business teams
• Review and update contract terms to fit legal needs
• Provide transactional support for product sales and licensing
• Ensure compliance with company goals and regulations
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in contract law
• Degree from an accredited law school
• Proficient in drafting legal documentation
• Industry expertise in software licensing
• Experience negotiating RFP processes
