In your role as Associate General Counsel, you will partner with business leaders to offer legal insights that drive growth while managing potential risks. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• 10+ years of commercial legal experience

• Strong understanding of privacy and cybersecurity laws

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
