Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and submit OCF forms and claims documentation
• Communicate with clients and adjusters regarding claim statuses
• Prepare correspondence for clients and opposing counsel
• Review and manage incoming documentation per lawyer direction
• Track outstanding items and benefit denials
Requirements:
• Required Accident Benefits experience in personal injury law
• Strong understanding of claims process
