Whyis this role important?
The Supply Chain Replenishment Manager for Rapid Delivery plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end inventory replenishment process to ensure optimal product availability across all Dash Mart sites. This role is central to balancing regular, promotional, and seasonal demand against network capacity and lead time constraints. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, the manager will collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, Category Management, and Planning teams to drive efficiency and achieve Supply Chain KPIs.
WhatYou’ll Do Inventory & Replenishment Management
- Develop and manage product-level forecasts to meet regular, promotional, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Oversee the entire replenishment lifecycle, from purchase order creation to final store delivery, ensuring a seamless flow of goods through the supply chain network.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to achieve service level and in-store availability targets while adhering to all network capacity and operational constraints.
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of all data related to network schedules, forecasts, products, and vendor attributes.
- Maintain accurate schedules for all Dash Marts (Regular vs. Holidays).
- Identify, develop, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives within replenishment and across the broader supply chain (e.g., Procurement, Distribution, Transportation) to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Drive performance improvements for key metrics, including service level, in-store availability, forecast accuracy, on-time arrival, and inventory optimization.
- Support and/or lead special projects identified by the business to advance supply chain capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships, ensuring supplier performance meets defined targets and standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Category Management, Distribution, Transportation, and Retail Operations, to align on strategies and resolve operational challenges.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant supply chain experience, preferably within a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-oriented thinking.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with supply chain systems such as SAP, JDA, RELEX, or IPFR.
- Proficiency in data analysis and scripting using Python and SQL.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including demonstrated experience with VBA and Power Query.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, is considered a strong asset.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche: $80,000.00 - $ per year. A candidate’s experience and knowledge as well as the geographical region in which the position is located may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position.
