Supply Chain & Inventory Manager

Dandylion is redefining pet grooming with thoughtful, design-forward, skin-supportive products for modern dog parents. We're growing fast — across DTC, Amazon, and retail — and we're building the operational foundation to match.

This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role. You'll be the first dedicated supply chain hire at a brand on the rise, working directly with the Founder to architect the systems that take us to the next level.

• Build and maintain rolling 12-month demand forecasts across DTC, Amazon, and retail
• Translate forecasts into purchase plans and MRP
• Set safety stock levels, monitor inventory health, and optimize weeks of cover
• Drive improvements in inventory turns and working capital efficiency

• Manage purchase orders, production timelines, and supplier lead times
• Track inbound shipments and coordinate freight
• Navigate MOQs and proactively mitigate supply risk

• Own the 3PL relationship end-to-end — performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement
• Manage inventory balancing across warehouses
• Oversee kitting, case packs, and retail fulfillment workflows

• Manage wholesale order workflows via SPS Commerce and Cin7
• Coordinate Amazon US & Canada inventory replenishment
• Ensure accurate routing, fulfillment, and invoicing

• Own Cin7 accuracy and integrity — you're the system of record
• Build dashboards that give leadership real visibility: inventory health, sell-through, open POs, retail orders
• Define and track the supply chain KPIs that actually matter
• Improve landed cost tracking and freight visibility
• Systematically reduce stockouts, excess inventory, and operational waste

You don't wait to be told where the problems are — you find them, fix them, and build something better in their place. You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are on a call with a supplier or a 3PL. And you take pride in the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps a brand running smoothly.

• 4–8+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, or operations
• Highly analytical — you use data to make decisions, not just report on them
• Experience with inventory systems (Cin7 a strong plus), EDI/retail workflows, or Amazon replenishment
• Equally strong at building systems and executing within them
• Thrives in a fast-moving, small-team environment where ownership is real and bureaucracy is minimal
