You’ll own strategic vendor relationships with OEMs and distributors, mobilise collaboration across internal stakeholders, and ensure the seamless delivery of TELUS solutions. Your leadership will optimise supply chain efficiencies and foster cross‑functional alignment.

• Own end‑to‑end forecasting and planning for all materials supporting TELUS’ Commercial Security and Business Solutions portfolio.
• Ensure timely equipment availability for regional warehouses, Field Services partners, and Operational Implementation Managers through proactive vendor relationship management.

• 7+ years of supply operations management expertise with proven success.
• 3+ years of meaningful team leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Deep expertise in purchasing and inventory management systems, KPIs, and S&OP processes.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Superior analytical, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Track record of driving operational improvements through inspiring leadership and process simplification.

• Professional Supply Chain Management certifications (APICS CSCP, SCMP).
• French language proficiency.

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position’s main responsibilities given its national scope.
