Position: Supply Chain Director Role at Silk & Snow
Elevate Silk & Snow’s supply chain operations in a leadership role. Focus on strategy, logistics, and fulfilling our commitment to quality and transparency in products.

As Director, Supply Chain, you will lead comprehensive operations that include inbound supply, fulfillment, and reverse logistics. Report directly to the COO while guiding teams towards achieving optimal efficiency and performance metrics. Your expertise will shape strategic relationships and key performance indicators that drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape inbound and outbound transportation strategies

• Negotiate contracts with key logistics partners

• Build reporting infrastructure supporting operational scale

• Collaborate with teams on fulfillment and service recovery

• Lead KPI scorecard management for various channels

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in logistics or operations

• Proven leadership in retail or eCommerce sectors

• Expertise in cross-border distribution

• Familiarity with eCommerce technology stacks

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
