You will link with global teams while utilizing your analytical skills to support dealers and optimize supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle dealer parts requests through an internal ticket system
• Expedite orders by coordinating with distribution teams
• Advise on part specifications and alternatives
• Manage returns, claims, and vendor service levels
• Support pricing analytics and monthly reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience
• Knowledge of SAP, especially MM or WM modules
• Advanced Excel and ERP familiarity
• PMP or project management training preferred
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
