Senior Supply Chain Director

Position: Senior Supply Chain Director Role

In this role, you will guide supply chain operations, working closely with the COO and managing both inbound and fulfillment processes. Your expertise in strategic negotiations and performance metrics will drive crucial enhancements in logistics and cost management. Collaborating with different departments, you'll build a robust operation while mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop distribution network strategy for Canada and US

• Oversee negotiations with logistics providers

• Administer supply chain P&L and KPIs

• Design the multi-year roadmap for supply chain

• Collaborate on various operational initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or business

• At least 10 years in supply chain operations

• 4+ years in a managerial position in retail

• Experience with cross-border logistics

• Strong financial competency managing budgets
